Williams collected $1.25 million for the eye-catching Victorian home at 16 Phoenix St. Williams and her husband, Steve Williams, of chart-topping ’80s band Wa Wa Nee, moved to the residence after their 2016 wedding, bringing “at least 15 guitars and a couple of dogs.”
Following that, Williams has said she renovated and refurbished the home several times during her time there to create a haven that was “a joy to be in.” “I hope (it sells to) someone who has a positive outlook on life — and obviously likes bling and colour,” she said before the sale. Williams sold the two-bedroom pad to move into a new home with her husband in Toorak, another Australian city.
