Child star Lindsay Lohan is the perfect example of the effect that Hollywood can have on a young person. Lohan first rose to fame after portraying the twins in the movie Parent Trap when she was still a child. Afterward, she landed the lead role of Mean Girls alongside Amanda Seyfried and Rachel McAdams. It seemed like Lohan was on her way to a promising career. However, while he had scored some promising roles, Lohan gave herself a bad name by not showing up to set on time.
Unfortunately, things did not end there. In her late twenties, Lohan went through an incredible rough streak due to alcohol and substance abuse. As a result, the years took quite a toll on the actress. Still, she’s currently working on a music comeback and released a new single, “Back to Me,” in 2020.

Millennials are used to seeing Mickey Rourke as the beat-up, has-been tough guy in films like Sin City and The Wrestler. However, if they look back to the decade they were born, many will find a Mickey Rouke that looked very different. In fact, it’s hard to even recognize him in the younger photos!

In n the late ’80s, Rourke was at the peak of his career and starred in films like Angel Heart, Rumble Fish, Barfly, among others. Unfortunately, Rourke began to struggle with addiction, leading to a prolonged absence from the silver screen. After over a decade out of the spotlight, Rourke made a massive comeback with his Oscar-nominated role in The Wrestler. While he might not look the same anymore, it’s safe to say that he’s equally talented!
Janice Dickinson
The self-proclaimed “world’s first supermodel,” Janice Dickinson, now looks nearly unrecognizable. In her autobiography, Dickinson regaled tales of her partying days in the 1970s and 1980s. Unfortunately, those days eventually took their toll and, in her own words, left her completely broken. Eventually, the road led Dickinson to massive amounts of cosmetic surgeries.

While many celebrities keep their lives under wraps, Dickinson has never shied away from talking about her addictions and problems on shows like Couple’s Therapy. At the age of 65, Dickinson continues to entertain, frequently appearing on shows like America’s Next Top Model.

Remember Carrot Top? In his heyday, Carrot Top was a standout comic who made waves with his prop-centric and interactive stand-up shows. By the late ’90s, he had become a national superstar, appearing on shows like The Tonight Show and nearly every MTV show you can think of. However, apparently, Carrot Top felt tired of jokes about his skinny body, so he decided to hit the gym! And hit the gym a lot!

Today, the 55-year-old comedian is living the stand-up dream: hosting a long-term Las Vegas residency at the Luxor Hotel and Casino. He also frequently appears on his famous friends’ TV shows, like Tosh.0 and The Tom Green Show.
La Toya Jackson
La Toya Jackson is the fifth and middle child of the Jackson Family. Jackson first gained notice, alongside her brother Michael, on the family’s variety show, The Jacksons, on CBS between 1976 and 1977. Afterward, La Toya saw success as a solo artist under several record labels in the ’80s and ’90s. She charged in the top ten frequently, with memorable hits like “Heart Don’t Lie” and “If You Feel The Funk.”

Like many in the Jackson family, it seems that La Toya underwent a few cosmetic surgeries in order to keep her youthful appearance. Still, most 20-year-old girls would love to have that tiny waist of hers!
